Dry Cleaning & Laundry
When an order arrives, garments are tagged and sorted according to the most appropriate cleaning process and sent to our Cleaning Department. Each item is carefully inspected for spots and stains, treated accordingly using the safest method possible.
After garments are cleaned they are inspected in our Quality Control Department. Any items needing further attention are sent back to the Cleaning Department, while items in need of repair or alteration are sent to our Repair Department.
Garments are then sent for pressing and finishing. We pride ourselves on our attention to the finest detail. Special Attention tags are attached to the garments requiring special instruction for pressing (i.e. soft press, crease/no crease, etc.). All items are properly tissue paper stuffed (i.e. collars, sleeves, busts, etc.), so that we may preserve the finest pressing to our customers. Each presser uses a special identifying marker on the hanger for quality control purposes.
Garments are inspected again for quality and re-assembled. At this time all tags and pins are removed and each item is packaged and finished.
A final inspection for quality and quantity is performed to assure quality of service and customer satisfaction.

Shirt Service
As part of our standard process we pre-treat all spots and stains. Brushing collars and cuffs, removing wine and food stains, ensuring that all buttons are tightly sewn on all fabrics, is what sets us apart from all other drycleaners and laundries.

Alterations & Tailoring
We provide a full range of Alteration and Repair Services.
We apply extreme care and professional attention to the finest detail, which include: shortening, lengthening, taking-in or letting-out of waists, tapering of trousers legs, tapering of skirts, replacing all kinds of zippers.
We also sew on buttons, create buttonholes, and anything else to do with buttons. We can replace old pockets or linings from skirts, jackets or trousers, as well as leather and suede items. We also shorten or lengthen sleeves on jackets, raincoats and regular dress shirts. When you need alterations, come in to get fitted by our professional staff.

Leather & Suede
We provide the highest quality in leather and suede processing. If your leather items (jackets, skirts, slacks, shirts) are looking dull or soiled, we can restore the shine, luster, and the feel you expect back to them. We also provide a full range of alterations and repairs for all your leather and suede garments and goods.

Wedding Gowns
You can have your wedding gown cleaned and preserved to perfection. Your gown will be carefully examined and an individual treatment plan will ensure that it is professionally cleaned with our state of the art technology according to the needs of the fabric, decorative trim and beads.

Note: Window treatments that have not been cleaned for a long time or are old and deteriorated may be damaged in the cleaning process. Therefore, we cannot guarantee results. Customers must accept responsibility.

Sheets
We are proud to use detergents that contain the highest grade materials and ingredients compounded so that we can deliver the finest level of cleaning quality.

Area Rugs
Rugs are picked-up from your residence. Please have your rugs rolled up and ready for the pick up. If you need help with the roll up or roll down, we can arrange for our agents to move light furniture for you. Depending on the furniture size and weight there will be an additional charge for this service.
Rugs are gently beaten to shake loose embedded soil and then dusted. Fringes are combed-out and the rug is gently beaten again. Fringes are hand cleaned. Rugs are placed on a long conveyor belt for brushing and washing with a mild detergents. Several rinses are performed.
Hang-dried so that the moisture is removed without applying heat.
